Valuation deserves full attention – this conviction guides every project at IVA. Business valuation is one of the most demanding disciplines in business administration, and precisely for that reason an outstanding professional field.
With us, you work exclusively on valuation projects: squeeze-outs of listed companies, appraisal proceedings (Spruchverfahren), fairness opinions, valuation of intangible assets.
We are looking for committed and team-oriented colleagues to expand our valuation activities – as an intern, professional or manager. We support qualification as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Entry level
Intern
Mandatory or voluntary internship · All offices
You will support our team directly on client projects in business valuation and the valuation of intangible assets. We are looking for business administration students with a focus on finance or auditing, with commitment and flexibility. Minimum duration: two months.
Graduate entry
Professional
0–5 years of experience · All offices
We are looking for valuation professionals to conduct business valuations, value intangible assets and assist with expert activities in appraisal proceedings. Knowledge of financial reporting and financial modelling as well as good English skills are required. We support qualification as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Leadership position
Manager
5+ years of experience · All offices
You will take on project responsibility for business valuations and the valuation of intangible assets, conduct expert activities and advise clients independently. We expect sound theoretical and practical expertise and a collaborative leadership style. For qualified German Certified Public Accountants (Wirtschaftsprüfer), partnership is possible.
