About us

Profile

Whoever decides on value needs someone who does nothing else.

Why we exist

Valuation deserves full attention. Whoever decides on values – values on which judges rule, shareholders vote and entrepreneurs sell – needs someone who does nothing else. Since 2001, that is all we do.

This conviction was a radical decision: as the first audit firm in Germany, we specialised exclusively in valuations in 2001 – deliberately forgoing statutory audits to rule out conflicts of interest from the outset. Our core competence has been part of our name ever since.

How we work

Clear separation of roles: we act as neutral experts, auditors or providers of arbitration opinions – or as advisors on our client's side. Never both at the same time, and we always communicate clearly in which role we act.

Business valuation is one of the most demanding disciplines in business administration. That is why the qualification of our people is our highest priority: our valuation professionals specialise exclusively in valuations, and most hold the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential. A large part of our team are members of EACVA, Europe's largest professional association for business valuators with around 1,300 members.

Professional work means being effective and efficient. The direct involvement of experienced German Certified Public Accountants (Wirtschaftsprüfer) ensures short decision-making paths – while using as little of our clients' internal resources as possible.

What we do

As valuators

We prepare expert opinions for all statutory, contractual and entrepreneurial occasions – from squeeze-outs to business succession.

As advisors

We represent our clients' interests in transactions. The value of a company rarely equals its price. A qualified valuation is the basis for minimum purchase prices and maximum sale prices.

As auditors

We perform audits under German stock corporation law, such as squeeze-out audits, merger audits and audits of intercompany agreements. Courts regularly appoint us as neutral experts.
