Founded on 6 December 1999, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. Independence has been a guiding principle from day one: to avoid conflicts of interest, we deliberately chose not to make statutory audits our core business.
Strategic focus on valuations. We become the first audit firm in Germany specialised in valuations. Our core competence has been part of our name ever since.
Consistent specialisation: we exclusively provide services related to business valuations, the valuation of intangible assets, and the valuation of real estate companies and real estate.
With his article in BewertungsPraktiker, Andreas Creutzmann introduces the net asset value into German valuation practice for asset-managing companies. Case law follows this recommendation.
